Schenita Dillard was born and raised in Martinsville, Virginia. She has over 20 years of experience in thecustomer service industry, so she knows how important it is to give her clients the absolute best
customer service experience. She also sees the need to educate clients on the importance of
generational wealth and to help them achieve their goals for themselves and their families. Schenita is also a licensed life insurance agent, as to which she sees this as an additional way to service clients andprovide resources to enable generational wealth.
Schenita attended Liberty University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree and Northcentral
University, where she obtained her MBA. Her education provided insight on how to properly manage and maximize opportunities, as well as how to successfully run a business and serve customers.
Schenita entered the Real Estate world to help people, be her own boss and create opportunities forherself, as well as others. Schenita has helped many families reach these goals and she looks forward tohelping many more in the future.
Schenita has three children and three grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with on the
weekends. She also enjoys shopping, traveling and music.
